Thanks, I know I have a TRX in the spare room somewhere. I bought it when I was all pumped up in fitness and exercise probably 15 years ago and I think I only used it a couple times it’s time I pulled that thing back out.!

JJ , thank you so much. I have followed you and your skiillset and knowledge base for so many years. I work in healthcare and need to have strength but have gotten lazy. Recently realizing as i turned 40 i have to change and found a different video and remembered you mention the TRX. I already know that if you say it, its a proven method/technique (i dont have figure it out through trial and error), so I immidiately ordered The TRX and went out and dug holes in my backyard to put up a pole system so I can just hook it up and get going when it delivered. I am so excited and look to you for inspiration and am so grateful for you and your channell. Thank you!
