I like to think of myself as science-minded too, but when I hear you talk, I’m both “Wowed” and simultaneously end up feeling discouraged because everything seems so complicated. One starts to wonder how anyone can get fit.
I think when you started talking about mtor cycling I fell off the train!
Nevertheless, I appreciate everything you’re saying and I will watch your video a second time. I am 58 and started going to the gym 2 months ago, doing a 4 day a week upper body/ lower body split and I’m not getting results. Everything you’re saying is probably playing into what’s wrong so I clearly need to re-watch your video again. I’m just a person who likes formulas. I like formulas that tell me what to eat and what to take and when. I think that’s what you’re trying to encourage. I need to grab a pencil and a pad and take notes.
