I’m through menopause and still waking up between 1 and 3 am. I was on BHRT but when we added testosterone, it reactivated Epstein-Barr then developed into Mono and then Guillain-Barrre Syndrome. They took me off of hormones. I just feel awful every day. I’ve been to a neurologist and women’s wellness doc. Any suggestions?
