  3. I’ll stick to what my old country South Korean Mom taught me about real foods and cooking when I was a kid.

    Will never rely on any external source (outside of my Mom and ancestors) for my dietary intake and health.

    I am old school which works well in the “not sure” modern world which changes like the wind.

    I am now almost 59 years young and still follow her teachings. Works darn well for my health – physically, mentally, and emotionally. ❤
