  2. I actually have a lot of muscle that I’ve been building for 15 years but I’m also obese 😢 It might burn some calories but you can still out eat (or drink) having a lot of muscle. Look at strongman competitors for example. They have a ton of muscle and fat. Most of them are in incredible shape despite having a lot of fat as well. You can be in shape and obese because that’s me 😆
