  1. Wow! Thank you. I popped off my ACLs about 15 years ago and the pad in the knee got cut to ribbons and the surgeon went in and sucked all the shreds out. Have never managed to get my knee okay and I am in pain the whole time with super inflammatory episodes and no help from the physiotherapists. Also had nasty problems with planta fascia for YEARS- also had injections into my feet every 4/5 months. Then had stem cell injections – which means that I can now walk! I will be trying out as many of your other ideas as I can.
