  2. Id love to be able to afford steak!

    • Be sure that when you stop buying other food, seed oils, and all the food that poison us, you’ll be surprised to see you can afford red meat ( if not ribeye all the time ) Believe me and you can calculate as well. If a person eats 400 gr of red meat a day as medicine, ( and nothing else ) how much does it cost ?

    • Ground beef is a great protein source as well.

  5. Such an important question. Most women in midlife are being told they need a prescription or procedure to see results — when the real issue is their body’s inability to respond because of gut inflammation, stress, and blood sugar chaos.
