We spend so much time obsessing over the perfect workout, the best gym, or the latest piece of equipment, and forget that about 25% of the equation is nutrition. What you eat, how you eat, and when you eat matters.

Yeah, I don’t like to cook. So I eat raw veggies m 🍑🍓 fruits. Things like smoothies. Frozen mixed veggies. Greek yogurt. Cheese. Nuts. Berries. Raw peanut butter w/celery. Chia, flax etc. Chicken, Eggs, red meat 🍖🥓, tuna, salmon & protein shakes, protein MAX.
She’s got perfect teeth 🪥. I’m jealous.😊
