I believe it. My Mom is 85 yrs young & still does housework and gardens. Gets groceries etc. And she looks 70, not 85. Is not overweight. One thing she needs is ENSURE. More protein.
YES! Your mom is living proof that movement is medicine! And absolutely. Protein becomes even more important as we age. It’s one of the biggest tools we have to help maintain muscle, strength, and independence.

I believe this! I’m in my late 40s now & we go to the gym 3 days a week…where I am doing progressive overload…I also walk as much as I can, clean always, make meals from scratch, garden, preserve & be as healthy as possible…but still enjoy life! I’m not forcing myself to live this way, I’m choosing to…to be strong, independent & live as long as I can…to be here for my children & grandchildren & to do whatever God calls me to do for as long as I possibly can!!!🙏💕❤️
