In Feb. doc had me go cold turkey off my Thyroid Meds. Said my levels were too high. It was rough and I gained 30 lbs. w/in 2 mos. then doc put me back on Thyroid meds as levels dropped. Now Doc prescribed Wegovy to lose the 30 lbs. I’m terrified to use it w/ all the side effects I read about. Just today I got Berberine and L-Theanine to take. I crash everyday around 2:30. Just out! Of course it’s Thyroid. Doc also wants me to stop my HRT Meds, says I’m too old! I “was” highly active for my age, 64, Now I’m exhausted all the time. Going to try and lose the fat by trying some of these supplements and getting back into weight resistance training. Thanks for your Videos!!! They have taught me a lot! And are extremely helpful.

I have some Mongolian Tartary Buckwheat tea. It tastes like steeped burnt rice to me. I wonder if it’s beneficial? When you say there are more resistant starches in cooled potatoes, can they be REHEATED and still be as resistant as the cold potatoes?

At 5.59 JJ promotes buckwheat sprout powder saying it is by her buddy Jeff Bland. Then shows a photo of Dr Mark Hyman MD holding the powder!? No way are GLP-1 ‘s leaving the market anytime soon, it is a billion dollar industry right now. No disclaimer yet that she is NOT a Dr., nor encouraging ppl to swap their GLP w over counter products without medical advice. Somewhat disturbing imo.
