  1. I thought so when I saw you last week

  2. You look amazing. You looked amazing before too. Thanks for the video and being so honest. I would do it in a second if I could.

  3. THis was so refreshing! You were so conversational and relaxed. It felt like you were simply sharing with a friend and I found it very engaging. Thanks for sharing this personal experience. You honestly look so beautiful- thanks so much!

  4. YOU look GOOD, NOW THANK GOD!!!!!
A VERY HAPPY and HEALTHY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL!!!!

  5. You look amazing! I’m a nurse and cosmetologist. Worked in plastic surgery for several years. Sorry you went through the hematoma ordeal.
You’re an inspiration to me. I had a face/brow lift at 50 but it’s been 14 years. Time to take the plunge again. I’m glad to hear you say you use and like One Skin. I’ve wanted to try it but haven’t hit the button yet. Thanks for the suggestions!

  6. People criticized you because your face didn’t “match” your body, and now they’ll criticize you for getting a facelift. You can’t win either way. But you’re in incredible shape, you look great, and this really isn’t a big deal in the bigger picture. It’s just lifting some skin. Hopefully it’s the only surgery you’ll ever need. Much respect to you.

    • A facelift is more than just lifting skin. There are muscles and fascia to reposition and not damage nerves.

  7. J.J. Thank you for sharing. You have always looked fantastic! Codeine…yuk I Can’t do it either. You’re just perfection my dear, inside and out with a heart of gold!!💛

  8. can we see hubby’s before and after’s….

  9. To each his own, my body, my choice etc. However, it is kind of disappointing that all these health and wellness influencers are opting to go the surgical route. They all sell their books and supplements and preach “anti-aging and longevity” which becomes rather hypocritical once they start altering themselves surgically.

    • I don’t think anti-aging and longevity is just about how you look. It’s about how you feel and how well your body functions.

    • You don’t have to do everything an influencer does. Pick and choose.

  10. My surgery is scheduled in two weeks. Thank you for the video! You look great!

  11. can you give us a ballpark figure of the cost?

  12. Your results are beautiful! Thank you for sharing.

  13. Thanks for sharing your truth to help others ❤

  14. You look great! Thanks for being so frank & upfront! It really answered a lot of my questions.

  15. thank you. im scheduled for july. i have gifted myself with 5 weeks of time to recover, no work, no socialising… thank you so much for advice against strong painkillers. i am afraid of the post operative pain but i react like you so id prefer to tolerate some discomfort then risk vomiting – which i might anyway because my stomack doesnt like some antibiotics either. im bracing myself. also, thanks for the tip on omega3s. my surgeon also advised 2 weeks off. i might stop it before, just to be on the safe side as i am taking a high dose.

  16. Thank you for sharing all the details of such a personal story. You look fantastic!

  17. Thank you for sharing your experience and highlighting the risks involved. Same as you, I had FL, NL, and BL but had an infection one week into recovery which resulted in going back under anesthesia to flush it out, plus another round of antibiotics and drains in for another 4 days.

Tips I would add: Instead of codeine, extra strength Tylenol and promethazine is a good combo to ease the pain and help you sleep. Definitely need recovery nurse to help in the first 72 hours, especially if drains are put in. As annoying as drains are, they lower the risk of seromas and bruising. Swelling on Day 4-5 is intense so be mentally prepared for that.

It definitely is hard recovering out-of-state in a hotel room so only go that route if you’re absolutely sure there isn’t a comparable surgeon in your area. Best of luck to anyone who plans to go through with this. Results take time so be patient!

  18. Thank you

  19. Great stuff thanks for sharing
