I don’t want my arms to get any bigger muscles or look as muscular as yours I want them to be Dainty and lean but firm does this work for that? My arms naturally hold more fat so I have to lose more weight allover
Extremely helpful video in its entirety! I see where I need to improve my form a bit. I’d love to try pull-ups, but I do not have access to a bar at home or a gym or a playground with equipment…still working on options based on my situation. So I just continue to skip that exercise.
