  3. What has worked for me is not set a timed schedule for my workouts because it only stresses me out more if Im stuck at work or will be late in traffic. Ive also recognized that Im not active in the morning and I rather have a calm morning, so Im a late night workout person (that means at 8pm or even 9pm). It just works. And yes, my sleep is actually very good, anywhere from 7-9hrs and wake up rested. Also, I have dinner earlier when I arrive from work, and I do fast overnight for 14hrs.
