  1. I see a prop65 warning on your chocolate paleo shake. Why is that?

  2. I’m 52 and wake up anywhere from 3-6 times a night to pee. I’ll even dream about peeing when I need to go and wake up. Doctors don’t seem to be able to help me but I believe this is what is causing me to stay at 32 percent body fat even though I’ve been doing what you say for 3 years JJ. This is then causing me to feel frustrated and stressed about the weight around my middle that won’t budge no matter what I do. 😢
