  1. Hi JJ, … While I’m no Health Guru etc., I feel that you might be happier if I should point this [ ‘typo’ ] out to you, rather than just let it slide. About 12:30 in the video, – where you’ve just mentioned the European Heart Journel “Open”, going on @12:39 to talk about Insulin Resistance … ‘& how it increases (?) blood sugar, and lead to Type 2 Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome, leading to Stroke & Heart Attacks etc.’. ๐Ÿค” (Somebody else may have scripted this for you, or just an oversight etc. I even thought the AI Subtitles may have been hearing you wrong; but nope …). So, please excuse me if I’m wrong, but for any Newbies trying to follow along, & trying to understand how they’re being sold-short by the food industry amongst others, I believe what should have been said [ & in the Subtitles too ] was more likely to have been… ‘Insulin Resistance can DECREASE HIGH blood sugar, -WHICH CAN lead to type 2 diabetes, and … etc.’

    Hope this helps, & that I got it right, -or I’ll have to revise my ideas about Insulin Resistance. Cheers. ๐Ÿค—

  3. Hi JJ! I have a great new polyphenol super food to add to the list that not many people know about, it s called HASKAP ( camerises) here in Canada, Quebec. This super fruit has the most vitamin C i seen in a fruit. It s so healthy for you, just by eating these haskaps in the morning can make you loose A LOT of weight in a week.   4. Oh…. and another message for nut lovers, i lost a GREAT amount of hair to eating pistachios ( maybe to much pistachios for my loosing hair) so i stop eating them and stopped loosing my hair. I really have thick and beautiful hair with all the super healthy foods i eat everyday and i REALLY dont want to loose my hair by eating to much selenium( watch out for to much selenium… makes you loose a lot of hair) . And i could not even brush it when wet … even worse when i washed them, not even get through my hair with a brush or comb๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿฅบ
