#1 – Stop looking at a food based on one nutrient alone.

Cheese is not just “fat.” Yogurt is not automatically better because it says “nonfat.” The source, processing, fermentation, protein content, and entire food matrix matter.

If you tolerate dairy, I’d look for high-quality options like organic, full-fat, fermented dairy and explore A2 products if conventional dairy gives you trouble.
