🌟For cardio, I love doing High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It's quick, effective, and you can do it anywhere. Think burpees, jumping jacks, or mountain climbers. You'll get your heart rate up and torch some serious calories in no time.
🌟And let's not forget about Zone 2 training, which is all about moderate-intensity aerobic exercises like brisk walking or cycling. It's a great way to explore a new city while keeping your heart healthy.
