I don’t know a bout pork chops, I would not eat pork
Berkshire pork or Iberoc pork, delicious! Do not buy the regular grocery pork, stinky ,😢
My body doesn’t like it…I’ve found out by doing elimination diet and it’s definitely the pork that tears my stomach up for some reason. I also retain water like crazy and I never have an issue with any foods but pork. Ham will send me to the hospital…twice at Easter time I was hospitalized the next week (2 different years)…never have eaten ham again knowingly.
