I don’t count either calories or time and I spontaneously do i.f..
As my meals are so nutritious and good sometimes I have my last meal at 3.p.m. and I get hungry the following day at 9.a.m.
Other days it’s different and I might be a bit hungry in the late afternoon so I eat something in order not to wake up in the middle of the night starving…
I listen to my body
I do OMAD, at dinner. So I fast for 23 to 26 hours between my last meal. I get my 10,000 steps in by walking as fast as possible on my lunch and breaks. I bought a rebounder and the tension/resistance bands. I just need to do the last 2 at night!!
