  4. Well said, i would do stretching, then exercising with jumping jacks, sit-ups, push ups until muscle failure then run 4-5 miles, worked great on Monday, Wednesday. Friday, then on Tuesday and Thursday weight room and muscle failure in curls, leg pressing, Lats, triceps, , benching , etc.
