  1. I don’t have negative thoughts. I’m being honest. I guess that’s why I’m successful at all I set my mind to do. I’m 400 steps short of 5000. But it’s better than yesterday n the day before.

    I bought food for my smoothies each morning. I was unable to before cuz I hadn’t enuf money.

    I’m a morning person like you JJ. I got to eat before I workout.

    I’m certain that in no time I’ll be walking 8000 steps a day and be able to workout with resistance training.
