Why You’re Not Losing Weight, Even When You’re Doing Everything Right: https://youtu.be/pPekH30Ev7s
ty ty – the dexa scan is a real eye opener – i bought a primer impedimence scale (starts with an H) and when i wanted to cross check the results i was seeing – na ah….off by 30% even though they say it as accurate as a dexa scan…. went back to my cheap ‘1byonehealth’ scale because it was closer to my dexa scan results and i am doing much better…was wondering when to redo my dexa and i am going to do it annually – thanks for your insights…
Another great video, thank you! I wish there was a Dexa scan option near me but you have to have doctor’s orders for it. Most of the gyms and YMCA’s have the Inbody scans but you have to be a member and signed up with a trainer to get those. 🙁 Hopefully someday!
