  1. Interesting to see people leaning into the lower fat eating ideologies. After the years of all of the keto drunkenness it seems that a more sobering approach is being utilized.

    • Good description! I admit, I got “drunk” on Keto and even carnivore for a spell, eating ALL the burgers (no bun!) and bacon! πŸ˜‚ When I sobered up and adopted a more balanced way of eating, I’ve seen much better results. πŸŽ‰

  13. Caffeine interferes with thyroid medication. I was told to wait at least 60 minutes after taking the pill before having coffee, or even better, take the pill before bed.
