You must stay properly hydrated. Drink water.
Dehydration causes kidney damage.

Will creatine raise cholesterol?
I just goggled it and found there are no studies that show that creatine increases cholesterol in women. We have also been taught faulty info about cholesterol, though by our doctors that are not supported by medical research. So, look into that as well.

Yes. It’s also used for improving cognition. There are many benefits to taking Creatine.
I just started taking it. I bought the MindBodyGreen brand that also includes taurine bc I weight train 4x a week now. I bought a 6-month supply. Looking forward to seeing the results.
