  3. Im 63 and have been eating at least 150 grams of protein every day. I have been doing Resist training for the past 2 years. I work out at least 3 days a week and walk every day. I love ove it! I have seen great results.💪

  5. I don’t understand how to calculate how much protein I need. I am 57 years old and I weight 140 and my ideal weight is 130. My BMI is 24.8. Could someone please help? Thank you in advance.
