  3. I’m from Rome Italy 😊 I usually take collagen first thing before breakfast and then, just after breakfast, omega 3, Q10, vitamin C. Before bed magnesium.
    I started taking collagen only last summer and I’m 56….. I wish I had started before… I wonder if it’s better to stop taking it for a while like it’s suggested on the box or if I can take it every day….
