  1. My problem is I’ve started having joint pain in my hands, feet and knees 2 weeks out of month. Week before and of period. I’m in perimenopause. So I realize it a hormone issue. I have a migraine disorder that doesn’t allow me to take hormones. So I just don’t know what to do. I started walking last year and ended up with bursitis on the back of my heels. I still have it. I can deal with that but it’s the joint pain that is the main problem. Perimenopause has caused so many problems. I have changed my diet. Can’t lost any weight. I’m up 30 lbs. I’ve always been slender so this just sucks.
