First I want to say thank you for your content. 13 years ago you helped inspire my drive for understanding food and bealth. which ha shelled drastically for my kids and how we feed them vs how I was fed.
For the little ones This is a little off topic but, we try to feed them healthy snacks, fruit, snack bars with no processed ingredients and less than 5-7 grams added sugar, the fruit and veggie pouches with no added sugars etc. Given that they are 6 & 4 they are always wanting a snack just before bed. From the nutrition stand point how bad is this? We eat dinner like clockwork between 4:45-5:15 and they go to bed at 7:00-7:30. Any thoughts wonderfully welcome.
