Real Cause of Excess Belly Fat

  1. ❤❤

  2. 👍smoothie. I also use detox enemas and yoga.

  3. I Love love my Smoothie Thick

  4. I started your book (a friend recommended it) and took a peak at the diet at the end but I had a question since I am vegan. Am I able to skip the meals that have meat and how should I substitute those meals?

    • Legumes, I’m Ovo-Vegan, meaning I eat Eggs. Helps me get the protein in & nutrients I may be deficient in like b vitamins. I add nutritional yeast to my smoothies.😊

  5. Do you still use frozen green bananas? When do you take your creatinine? Thanks

  6. 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vingar, 2 tbsp chia seed and stevia to taste. ❤

  7. Ooh I can’t wait to try this I’m also going to add matcha powder because that alone has help me burn fat like crazy!

  8. Wow, that seems like a LOT of calories. Also I prefer eating my calories to slurping them down like soup or a smoothie. Never satisfied unless I am chewing my meals. I generally eat about 200-300g of Fage 5% full fat, no sugar Greek Yogurt that I mix with 6-8 g of freeze dried black raspberry powder and 4g of inulin from Jerusalem Artichokes. Sometimes I’ll eat about 10g of Brazil nuts for the selenium and a couple of dried prunes. This is after 3 hours of Zone 2 walking/hiking outside. After I eat this I work out with heavy weights and I do some plyometrics after that. I don’t workout every day, but every other day. On the off days, after the outside walk, I do four two minute wall squats. After the workout or the wall squats, I get on my Peloton Tread and do 30 – 80m “hikes” with my favorite trainers: Andy Speer, Joselyn Thompson-Rule, Camila Ramon or Jon Hoskings. I never listen to them or their chatter anymore, nor their questionable music choices. Instead, I listen to The Who on my Spotify, though lately I also listen to Taylor Swift and Queen. Or I listen to Bryan Ferry/Roxy music, or Jethro Tull. If a Tread hill is particularly taxing, I quickly navigate to Lynyrd Skynyrd and FREEBIRD. That song can power me up any hill, especially once they are done singing and the music just surges.

  9. I’m curious what brand that blender is?

  10. I add Maple extract. I really pump up the protein with various protein powders and milk powders, even Goat milk powder. However, I am so insulin resistant I am not losing weight. I stopped fasting, at least temporarily, since my muscle mass is so low. I am over 70 and can’t seem to get enough protein when I eat only 2 meals a day. I am using your 8 week program to build muscle and am noticeably stronger. However, am gaining a pound every other day or so! I dropped a little fat off my menu, so I hope that works. I heard what you said about not using those scales that show BMI; MM; BM; water levels, but I needed to know if I was gaining muscle at all. The muscle shows, but scale does not budge on the MM indication. I don’t have access to the fancy MM test at a gym.

  11. I have a question…is mixing creatine in with my plant based powder enough amino acid? Or should I be adding something more to compensate for the animal protein that is missing?

  12. I grate in fresh ginger and a teaspoon of powered creatine as well. 😋☺️

  13. But the powders are processed

  14. Would love to see you put together a 10 detox for us. Because you were talking about the stages of detox it would help to know how to do this exactly. Thanks so much, JJ. Love your content! XO

  15. What if you’re vegan?
