  1. I have to tell you, I wanted an answer to the question of protein as you age. This is not only boring, it is so hard to listen to. Some day, you may do a simple easy to understand version. Very hard to sit through this at all

    • @jeanvest7470 we appreciate the feedback! As you age, your body becomes less efficient at using protein, so you need more to maintain muscle. Aim for 0.7–1g of protein per pound of target body weight daily, with 30–40g per meal. This helps prevent muscle loss, improves insulin sensitivity, and supports metabolism—especially when paired with resistance training. *team JJ
