  1. Oh wow, I’ve been listening to JJ’s podcast for years and love but it’s really hard to SEE her and think about how much she focuses on her own weight/fat loss/exercise. This level of muscularity is amazing at any age, but SOME body fat is healthy too. What I’m seeing doesn’t look healthy 🙁
