Yesterday I had coffee with a girlfriend, she has a car and a couple of motorcycles that uses according to the distance she has to make. In other words, she NEVER walks. I don’t have a car, I walk a minimum of 15000 steps a day, more often 20000, I jump on regular stairs instead of taking the escalators, at work I take stairs instead of elevators and so on…. She spends a huge amount of money at the beautician expecting a miraculous solution to her cellulite and stored fat, I spend in grass fed delicious steaks and good quality real foods.
It makes a difference believe me!!!
After all, my grandma who lived 101 years healthily, used to walk long distances to go to the market or at work…
I remember her muscular legs even when she was already 95/96….
What I mean is that besides going to the gym there are daily other ways to keep oneself fit strong and healthy 😊
I’m 49 but for years I’ve known I’m going to be a hip hop dancer and a bag pipe player in my 50s 🎉
