  5. I’ve been tracking daily, religiously for months but swinging up and down between the same 2-3lbs. And I know it’s because I do well with food choices till I don’t. I still track but it’s not keeping me on track.

  8. Your advice is so sound! I like the idea of intermittent fasting, but I use collagen peptides in my coffee and ACV in my water when I get up in the morning. It’s definitely not a meal, but is it breaking the fast?

    • It can but I do the same with great results.

    • Collagene peptites are protein and spike insuline so yes it breaks fast. Acc contains some carbs like 5g per 100 ml so that is like a gray area

    • Trader Joe’s has some choc bars that are 1.99$ and 86% cocoa. Those are decent bars
