Every time I try to watch one of these videos about a quarter in my eyes always glaze over. I feel like this is more obsessive than healthy.
Your advice is so sound! I like the idea of intermittent fasting, but I use collagen peptides in my coffee and ACV in my water when I get up in the morning. It’s definitely not a meal, but is it breaking the fast?
It can but I do the same with great results.
Collagene peptites are protein and spike insuline so yes it breaks fast. Acc contains some carbs like 5g per 100 ml so that is like a gray area
