  6. I’m with you on the steps I have my treatment at the hospital 2 times per week. The drugs before they nuke me make me sick I go on the train and walk from the train to the hospital and back to the train after treatment anti sickness and pain meds are on board lol. Its about 12000 steps of a walk in total. As a lady who had RNY years ago I’ve kept 89kg off for a couple of years. You inspire so many of us who follow you I think you are brilliant. I bring my supplements meds and snacks where ever I go pre measured preped. ❤❤❤❤
