  13. Wooooh! that got my heart pumping! I will be 50 in a couple of weeks…not over weight just weak,tired and mushy.
    Oh, and did i mention brain fog! lol
    My change of diet really helped over these last 4 years, but now I just need more.
    I have the laziness that sometimes comes from menopause now.
