Hello my beautiful anti aging friends…remember, we are all different…this is working for both Lou and Myself…it may not be the right way for you….I thought I would share …I struggled for 2 solid years to lose the weight that came with menopause…maybe it will help some of you!

  1. Hi Tammy, can you do the tutorial of the homemade pizza?

    • I hate the word diet sounds like torture. I just cut on having cookies, too many nachos or pizza I love them! Etc. And add mileage to my running/walking in hills. I loose it easily that way not too much struggle. I have ran also 10 marathons so I’m fit but I do like to eat! Lol! And after trainings we go in a fun group of friends to eat.

  5. Once again Tammy, INFORMATIVE AND FANTASTIC. I watched your prior intermittent fasting video and smiled because that is exactly what I’ve been doing since last year. I began doing it because I realized I simply felt better when I ate breakfast later in the morning. I began eating at 11 and ate nothing after 7 p.m. Stomach issues GONE and a few pounds dropped off even though I was not attempting to lose weight. I feel that you have created a kind and supportive group of NICE women on YouTube. I want to say that I’m 62 and work at being healthy and yes, attractive. Nothing would work without kindness. You encompass the mantra with which I try to live. I am honored to be part of Tammy and her Tribe!!

  7. I’m 67 and doing IF for 1 month, its the first time in years that I was able to lose weight. I feel better then ever. Down 10 lbs.

    • Cheryl Church congratulations to you Cheryl. I’m 63 and and been trying to lose 20lbs, geez can’t remember how long it’s been now. It’s hard for me cause I’m the type who has to follow a diet regime so I don’t know what I’m suppose to eat and are you suppose to count calories? It gets so confusing.

  8. Actually when you eat to much you lose focus. Dr. Berg on YouTube explains intermittent fasting. I have used intermittent fasting and love it.

  9. It’s funny, but when you don’t eat breakfast, you aren’t hungry. The minute I eat, I am hungry. My husband only has eaten one meal a day for the over 30 years we have been together. He has been thin his entire life. I am 59 and so happy to say that when I diet, I lose very well. I have never had a problem losing weight because of menopause.

    • Renee Kerner this !!! when I eat at 8;30am Im hungry again by 11am.
      If I don’t eat at all in the mornings I can mostly last until about 12-12;30 lunchtime until I really need to eat.

    • Yes….if I eat breakfast, I get hungry in a couple hours

  12. I had never heard of this till I saw your first video on this. I am 53 and 5ft even. I never went above 100 lbs till I hit my 40s and slowly got up to a whopping 170! No matter what I did I could not shed it! Tried IF and I am down 20lbs!!!!! I eat well and I am never going hungry! Oh crazy Miss Tammy I can’t begin to thank you enough!!!!❤ My husband is having success with this also. It has become a lifestyle for us now😉

    • I fast for 16 hours then eat for 8. Because of my daily schedule I stop eating by 10 or 11pm then sleep for 8 of the 16 which helps. my first meal of the day is 2 or 3 pm. I do have 2 cups of coffee when I wake up with unsweetened almond milk. That does not seem to interfere with the the process at all. Hope this helps😀

    • Beth..thanks for your quick response! Hmm I wonder what would work for me…I work 9-5 during the week..and can attest to the fact as soon as I eat something I want to keep eating lol…I”m up at 5am however and in bed by 9:30-10 – so will have to see. Also do you find you are cutting back on food in general or just eating healthier..OR just eating what you want within reason?

      Needless to say I’ll have to do some research but my boyfriend also needs to lose weight and I want to get info to him too!! Thanks for your insights Beth!

      Kudos for the Video! Forgive me for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you considered – Dinanlinson Amazing Look Approach (should be on google have a look)? It is a great exclusive product for learning how to quickly lose weight without the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my m8 finally got cool success with it.

  14. I’ve done this intermittent fasting for nearly 15 years ( without realizing it!). I eat at or around 7:30-8:00a.m. And finish no later than 5:00 p.m. I had to do this initially because of acid reflux, so as to not have reflux through the night. I stay at a healthy weight, also I walk up to 4 miles a day. Good for you Tammy! ❤️

  19. I’ve been doing IF for a couple years and love how much more energy I have. I can concentrate better, and having better memory. I’m on meds that slow my metabolism, however I’ve lost 55 pounds and I love this system. Read the benefits of IF, they are a lot of them. I’m 42 years old.

    I fast from 6pm till 9am
    I drink also 20 cups of water a day too

    • That’s pretty much what I’m doing…but I havent lost much weight:-(
