  3. I just bought a TRX, after hearing you talk about it in other videos. I’m currently nursing a shoulder injury, and this has helped me get some great stretching done, and I’m sure it will help me rebuild the muscles that I’m trying to regain. Thanks for the recommendation!

    • My gym has a TRX setup but I don’t know how to use it, and because it’s Planet Fitness, their so-called trainer is clueless and doesn’t either.

    • @hlb0111  there are tons of YouTube videos that you can watch and learn how to use it for what you need.

    • My personal trainer used one with me for various exercises. I’m a big fan….need to get one for home. ❤
