If you’re doing red light therapy, contrast baths, grounding mats… but you haven’t lifted weights in years, you’ve missed the plot.
The majors are simple:
• Lift weights
• Eat enough protein
• Sleep
• Manage stress
Do those first.
Then layer in the fun stuff like red light, cold plunges, all of it. They’re great amplifiers, but you can’t hack your way past fundamentals. So first, master the basics and then optimize.
