Loved your video. I would love to know more about sleeping through the night without having to use the bathroom 3-5 times. I stop drinking fluids around 4-5 pm and still wake up constantly to pee. Is this a normal thing ?

The best thing is the higher protein is keeping me full so its easier to keep my calories in check! I really liked on your one vid you said you had a little butterscotch candy, well i bought some campino candies and they have been so helpful for my sweet tooth too!
