  2. How do I join the Hormone Support Group. I am already your friend on Facebook. I dont eat carbs. I have a back injury so it is very hard to walk for long. I am 5’6″ and weigh 124 lbs. I am small boned. I have a belly that I cannot loose. I am post menopause. Please do a video on how to support my hypothalamus with food and supplements.
