  2. Music to my ears. Cardio is boring. 🥱 Started lifting a couple months ago. ( I’m 68.) 2 years ago started doing men’s push ups and was so incredibly weak I could barely do 2 in good form. Graduated to doing 100 a day for a year and a half. So pleased with the strength I gained from push ups. So started lifting at gym, and it’s so rewarding to increase the weights. Love your advice. It’s very obvious you know what you’re talking about. Thanks!
