  1. 9 Anti-Aging Foods You Should Be Eating Every Day: https://youtu.be/1Dnw5Fj9bSs

    • Thanks for all your advice. I’m trying to eat more whole foods, but this guy’s You Tube channel keeps suggesting that we minimise all the foods that we’re constantly being told are good for us, because of oxalates. It’s scaring me to be honest. I’d be grateful to know what you think about this please. Here’s one of his videos https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjOpzAiAkZw&t=104s

    • That’s excellent recipes and ideas. I love food myself as a foodie even I could actually follow a healthy diet like that. It’s always been more about edition than subtraction to a healthy lifestyle. I always said like everybody else if you add more good stuff to your diet. It will crowd out most of the bad. The goal is to motivate yourself to do stuff for yourself and be healthy. And enjoy life indulge in moderation or gradually Keep certain things in your diet you like and eat 80% healthy. And 20% of indulgent foods. But honestly some of those foods they call it. Golden foods are actually not all that bad for our body unless they’re eating an access in the processed the wrong way. But like you said the color guide always helps with a healthy balanced diet. It really isn’t as hard as we think to get fruits and vegetables in our diet smoothies and salads would do more than half a serving in a day.

    • Can you tell us where the Digestive system is in humans for fermenting these man made plants ? I can’t seem to find it’s location

I only found the Acidic stomach and gallbladder. which seems to only be suitable for consuming meat and saturated animal fat…

    • @@stevenborn1802πŸ˜…

    • What is when you are vegan?

  2. Thank you so much for your guidance! πŸ™πŸΌβ€οΈ

    • πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚This is in guidance, this is insanity! Nobody needs to eat that many times a day.

  3. Thanks for sharing these very healthy recipes! Question… have you ever used Next Level Diet? I got a custom high-protein meal plan from them and it’s really working!

    • @lucasvarley9764
      Hmm…sounds interestingπŸ˜€

How to find?…Google Next Level Diet? (I presume…)

  4. This is the best video I have seen on this subject. So clear and informative

  5. I love hearing about the healthy choices we should be making. But not everyone can eat during the hours that you are talking about. The regular person is on their way to the office at 7:30 to 8:00 am. And before that they are getting ready for work. So they can’t wait a few hours for their body to prepare for a meal. By the time it’s prepared , it’s time to drive to work. But I really appreciate all the good information. It gives me more incentive to do better. 🌷

    • we actually don’t need to eat first thing in the morning… I used to not eat in morning until 10 AM at work. I am retired now and I fast from 6 PM till 10 AM. I think we are all capable of stretching our limits a bit and revamping our routines

    • Make it to go…

    • @@VeeKayGreenerGrass YES, a person can have a protein shake or whatever in the car or at the office once they get there or whatever.

  6. To all the haters, this woman is in ideal shape, she exercises consistently and truly and she is sharing what SHE eats in a day using her expertise. A picture is worth a thousand words…she looks super fabulous and healthy and her feeding schedule is ideal for an older woman experiencing lower hormones but that is in excellent shape. This is not for the MOST of y’all diabetics or people with an AC1 over 6 and/or overweight people. Those of y’all have to get healthy first by fasting and food limiting and then come around to a video like this designed for healthy people to maintain optimal health.

    • πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

    • An opinion or disagreeing doesn’t equal hate. By definition hate is much stronger and worse.

    • This applies to the Haterz… if you’re not a Hater, then this would not apply…. For the record, an example of a hater is an unhealthy person visiting this site,of a healthy person, and talking smack about the methodology…

    • awesome great info πŸ–οΈ

  7. You are THE BEST teacher! I’m 49 and have been searching for nutritional advice that I can understand for many years. We all know that losing weight after age 40 is more challenging, but knowledge is power. You introduced me to creatine and what an absolute game-changer! I had no idea how important creatine is. My muscles feel stronger already! You’re a lifesaver. Thank you so much for making these videos. I feel like I am going to go into this next half of my life really strong and well-prepared.

  8. Love you JJ I’m 55 and living my best life thanks to you and a few others who know their stuff ❀

    • Happy to hear it! Thank you for watching.

  9. This is gold. Thank you so much.

  10. God bless you. This helped us all so much to actually see what you eat. I’m new and Love your channel!

  11. I ate like this for years, 1990-2003 (IBS and Celiac), until I had an athletic injury and saw a dietitian to help me recover , when i told her how i ate as JJ describes in this video, she told me i cant sustain myself on this kind of diet , my health would be in jeopardy. That said; i was in shock and i got lost in trying every fad diet. Im going back to this eating life style it is the best. 20 lbs to lose now and i want my muscles back on top. This confirms for me that dietitian was so wrong. Glad i found you JJ Virgin. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and recipes.

    • Any dietician that criticizes this nutrition advice should be fired.

    • This is the most ridiculous advice!! YOu do not need to drink as much as she suggests! YOu should only drink when you are thirsty!!! Her carbs are all wrong!!!

    • @@lucypedzinski1403 huh?

    • @@lucypedzinski1403please explain. I’m curious.

  12. So thorough & well-explained! Thank you for making this easy!

  13. I am new to her videos but she seems to take a very balanced scientific approach, and shes a good teacher.

  14. I love this! I eat almost everything she eats and I love vegetables and smoothies. My problem is stress munching, or eating later hours to stay awake longer. I’m 59 and I just bought a treadmill and I’m determined that, God willing, I will be healthier going into my 60’s than ever before in my life!

    • Dream on.

    • Hi, how are you doing now? Any health changes for the better? Keep it up! πŸ™ŒπŸ½

    • @@andrewlilley3660Go spew your hate elsewhere. I hope you get better, as you sound unhappy.

    • @@Miranda3730 What’s hateful in making a very valid comment?

    • Don’t forget the importance of strength training as we lose muscle as we age. Good luck!
