Yes I agree. I get anxious about going to the gym. Then I tell myself “JUST DO IT.”. Then I GET IN THE CAR & I NO LONGER FEEL ANXIOUS. I get to the gym & first go on the hydromassage. Then I warm up on the stationary bike. I lift 5 lbs more on the machines each time I go to the gym. And it shows. And the BEST PART, I FEEL SOOOOOOOO GOOD ONCE I’VE FINISHED MY SESSION.
I DO IT (HARD THINGS) SO I CAN BE STRONGER N ❤️🩹 HEALTHIER. I have GOOD DAYS.
