✅ Protein-packed meals: Recovery is just as much about fueling properly. I always load up on high-quality protein, healthy fats, and anti-inflammatory foods like wild salmon, leafy greens, and bone broth.

✅ Red light therapy & sauna: These help reduce inflammation, support circulation, and speed up muscle repair. I'm all about using science-backed recovery tools to maximize results.

✅ Active recovery: No hardcore lifting, but I still move—think pilates, yoga, or a light bodyweight workout to keep the body engaged without overdoing it.

✅ Prioritizing sleep: Muscle isn’t built in the gym—it’s built in recovery. I especially focus on quality sleep with a solid nighttime routine: magnesium, blue light blockers, and a cool, dark room.
