    • Right there with you Roberta, I’m 72 also and this past year has been the hardest to get rid of the 10 extra pounds I put on at the beginning of 2023, it’s awful!

  5. I think weighing in everday is terrible advise. When I dont lose anything for days. I get aggrevated, depressed, annoyed ang usually eat terrible that day. Just because the way im eating isnt working do why not have sugar, so I do.
