I take collagen every day but my nails have been crap for decades, my skin is desert dry and I have osteoporosis. WHAT THE HECK!?
You may need a kidney and liver cleanse an get some vitamin D and cod liver oil.
I’m not sure how old you are, but I’m 67, so post menopausal. I have these and other symptoms and have been researching bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). Your symptoms are only a few of a long list of symptoms associated with lack of hormones, specifically estrogen! I’m in the process of working with my doctor now to get started on BHRT. It might be something you want to discuss with your doc if you haven’t already! Oh, I also have been using collagen for years and still have all the symptoms you mentioned. Good luck to both of us!
