  1. Thanks for all your great advices ❤. My problem is always lunch when I have to eat something from cantine/restaurant close to work because I have no time to prepare something at home for the next day. Any suggestions on how to find something decent when eating out or easy things to prepare for a lunch box?

    • You might prepare your meals once a week and mix and match them every day…

    • What about doubling up the portion of your dinner so you can take the leftovers to work the next day?
