  4. Rucksac – back pack; why not tell your viewer the German word, Ruck for back?? Not all of us had back packs back in the day (1950s-70s).

  5. I am 57 years old and have lost 40 pounds and kept it off since the beginning of 2024. My muscle mass was still relatively high compare to other women my age the last time my doctor checked it, but I have never had a DEXA scan and I have not been into a regular workout routine in a while. I teach school and am “mobile”. I follow the students I serve to their classrooms. So my “classroom” is in my backpack. I just weighed it and it’s 20 lbs. I average about 5000 steps (not as many as I should) a day with the backpack and that includes going up and down two flights of stairs several times a day. I hope this is doing something to help until I can get myself back into a workout routine. Thanks for the encouragement and sharing your knowledge.
