  2. I just knew it was going to be creatine. I have read that research and I am always going to prioritize creatine. I saw what drinking all of that milk did to my dear mother. She’s 91 now and her bones became so brittle from all of that milk and inactivity over the years. She has not even been out of her bed in over 6 months now and as much as I love her, I’m praying the Lord brings her home.
