Great video! I’m not actually concerned with losing weight I’m just a kidney/pancreas transplant recipient and so certain foods make me feel horrible- especially high sugar, high carbs but these foods look like something I should check out 😊
Appreciate the video but my family stays away from artificial sweetener. Stevia has been linked to a risk of blood clots, increased risk of heart attacks and strokes. More research needed?? We stick with sugar in the raw.
